Moscow Mule Pops

A party in a pop: Your squad will bow down for these limeade-vodka icy cocktails.

Ingredients

ginger beer

cup
limeade
1/2
cup
vodka

limes,
zested and juiced
Zest of 2 limes,
for garnish
2
tablespoons
sanding sugar,
for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl or glass measuring cup, combine ginger beer, limeade, vodka, lime zest, and lime juice. Whisk until combined.
Divide mixture among pop molds and insert a Popsicle stick into the center of each.
Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.
Mix zest of 2 limes with sanding sugar. When ready to serve, sprinkle pops with sugar mixture.
