HARTFORD, Conn. (January 25, 2016) – Faith Middleton, the award-winning host of the Faith Middleton Food Schmooze® on WNPR, will host the Seventh Annual Heart to Heart Champagne & Romance Dinner Dance. The celebration will take place Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 6 p.m. at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station in Haddam, Connecticut.
The annual Heart to Heart event brings together some of Connecticut’s finest culinary masterminds for an enchanting evening of food, fine wine, live music, and dancing. This year, a stellar cast of Connecticut chefs and culinary experts has been assembled to create a dynamic menu featuring chocolate served in complex and innovative ways. Chefs for the evening will include: Matthew Bouffard (Chamard Vineyard Farm, Winery, Bistro), Jason Sobocinski (Caseus Fromagarie Bistro), Avi Szapiro (ROIA Restaurant), Manuel Romero (Olea), Prasad Chirnomula (Oaxaca Kitchen & Thali), David Caudill (Salute), and Kevin Watson (b Restaurants). Wine will be provided by Frederick Wildman & Sons, and live music will be presented by Alex Nakhimovsky & Orchestra.
Justin Morales of Infinity Music Hall & Bistro will also serve the winning cocktail from the 2015 Food Schmooze® Martini Competition, featuring Sugar Island Coconut Rum.
