CPTVKids
CPTV Kids programming airs weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
CPTV also provides more children’s series to the national public broadcasting system than any other public television station including Barney & Friends, Bob the Builder, Thomas & Friends, Angelina Ballerina, The Saddle Club and SeeMore’s Playhouse.
CPTV Spirit
Launched in August 2017, CPTV Spirit was created to help people explore their passions. CPTV Spirit is available statewide and is for the “doers,” “makers.” and “adventurers” who crave more action, edgier journalism and documentaries, and more active ways to feed their curiosity. CPTV Spirit maintains CPTV’s trademark PBS values of curiosity, community, and the celebration of all aspects of individuality. CPTV Spirit follows the mantra that “Life’s an Adventure,” while embracing the weirder, wilder, edgier, sometimes nerdier, action-oriented programming available today.

CPTV Offices
Over the years, the organization has grown, thanks to the continued support of the communities we serve. In 2004, CPBI made the move to a new broadcast home in Hartford’s historic Asylum Hill neighborhood, a facility with contemporary technology that has enabled CPTV and WNPR to provide programming through a variety of multi-media platforms, in addition to traditional television and radio broadcasting.
CPTV’s main offices are located at 1049 Asylum Avenue, Hartford, CT 06109
