Moscow Mule Pops

A party in a pop: Your squad will bow down for these limeade-vodka icy cocktails.
Pro move: Freeze your serving tray so the pops keep their chill.
Course Cocktail
Servings 10 drinks

Equipment

  • 10 Popsicle sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ginger beer
  • 1 cup limeade
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • Zest of 2 limes, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sanding sugar, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl or glass measuring cup, combine ginger beer, limeade, vodka, lime zest, and lime juice. Whisk until combined.
  • Divide mixture among pop molds and insert a Popsicle stick into the center of each.
  • Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.
  • Mix zest of 2 limes with sanding sugar. When ready to serve, sprinkle pops with sugar mixture.
