Moscow Mule Pops
A party in a pop: Your squad will bow down for these limeade-vodka icy cocktails.Pro move: Freeze your serving tray so the pops keep their chill.
Equipment
- 10 Popsicle sticks
Ingredients
- 2 cups ginger beer
- 1 cup limeade
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- Zest of 2 limes, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons sanding sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl or glass measuring cup, combine ginger beer, limeade, vodka, lime zest, and lime juice. Whisk until combined.
- Divide mixture among pop molds and insert a Popsicle stick into the center of each.
- Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.
- Mix zest of 2 limes with sanding sugar. When ready to serve, sprinkle pops with sugar mixture.
