Hot Cocoa Bomb Board

Hot cocoa bombs will be the hit of the party! Get some milk warming on the stove or in a slow cooker and set out festive mugs. Pour the milk, then let your guests drop their bombs and choose their favorite hot cocoa toppings and pairings. The ingredient list here has tons of ideas, but you can customize your board with whatever treats will get your guests smiling and reminiscing about holiday memories.

Hot Cocoa Bomb Board

Equipment

  • 1 19" Round Paddle Board

Ingredients
  

  • 8 milk chocolate hot cocoa bombs
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermints
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2–3 dozen assorted sugar cookies
  • 8 dark chocolate peppermint sandwich cookies
  • 8 peppermint toffee candies
  • 8 mini brownies
  • 8 large yogurt-covered pretzels
  • 8 dark chocolate truffles
  • 8 candy canes
  • 8 ounces mixed fruit gumdrops
  • 8 strawberry gummy lips
  • 1 dark chocolate bar, broken into small pieces
  • Carrot fronds, for garnish
  • Edible flowers (such as chamomile), for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Put the hot cocoa bombs, crushed peppermints, and 1-1/2 cups of the marshmallows in small bowls and place on the board.
  • Place the larger treats: sugar cookies, sandwich cookies, toffee candies, and brownies.
  • Tuck in the pretzels, truffles, and candy canes.
  • Fill in the gaps with the gumdrops, gummy lips, dark chocolate pieces, and the remaining mini marshmallows.
  • Garnish with the carrot fronds and edible flowers.
