Everything But The Bagel Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Everything but the bagel Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Pat the pumpkin seeds dry with a paper towel, then toss in a bowl with olive oil and Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
