Everything But The Bagel Pumpkin Seeds

Everything But The Bagel Pumpkin Seeds

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Everything but the bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325° F.
  • Pat the pumpkin seeds dry with a paper towel, then toss in a bowl with olive oil and Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
