When you need to cool down during the summer, this spritzer is for you. We make it a little special with a mint simple syrup, which will impress even your bougiest of friends.Tip: Stir in any leftover simple syrup to lemonade, iced tea, or seltzer.
In a small pot using a wooden spoon, crush mint leaves. Add sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Let cool, then strain out mint leaves, pressing with a wooden spoon to help release all liquid.
Make mocktail:
In a small bowl, combine blackberries and sugar and use a wooden spoon to crush blackberries.
Divide mixture among glasses and add 2 tablespoons simple syrup and lime juice to each glass. Fill glasses with ice, then top off with seltzer and garnish with mint.
