4ozgood apple cider Preferably from your local farm (You could also use equal parts cider and bourbon, if you like, for a stronger drink)
3ozbourbon
2ozginger simple syrup, (Steep fresh sliced ginger in equal parts water and sugar for 2 min)
Juice of 1 lemon
1fresh applesliced, for garnish
Instructions
Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with ice, and shake. Pour into two glasses and squeeze half a lemon over each glass. Serve on the rocks and garnish with apple slices.
