Camarón Cocktail
Knowing how well tequila and mezcal play together in many of the modern agave cocktails I enjoy, I thought perhaps they might perform well in this drink. Indeed, they did.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce mezcal
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce orgeat
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. (No garnish.)
