Join us for the second program in our Celebrating Community series! This series focuses on celebrating different communitities and cultures. To celebrate Black History Month we will be hosting a special session of our Open Art Studio. Participants will learn about Dr. Martin Luther King’s I have a dream speech and then create an art actitivy that represents their dream for the future. Using paint, collage, or mixed media participants will create something that builds upon and continues Dr. King’s idea of envisioning a better world. This program is for children ages 6 to 18 and registration is required.
