New Milford, CT Arts Festival Set to Enliven the Town on June 29th
Come out for a day of artistic celebration and community spirit at the New Milford Arts Festival, June 29th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on the Town Green.
The festival is free to the public, featuring local and regional artists showcasing their talents. Painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and more will be on display and available for purchase.
Adding to the dynamic atmosphere, the acclaimed dance theater organization, Pilobolus, will be offering a movement event. In addition, a lineup of dancers from local studios, theater performers, and musicians will also take the stage near New Milford’s historic bandstand.
Closing the day of festivities, Bob Stump Blue Grass Band will perform, offering “a hybrid of Americana sounds that blends Bluegrass, blues, country, rock and jazz.”
“We are thrilled to bring this vibrant arts festival to New Milford,” said Lou Mandler, interim Chair of the New Milford Commission on the Arts. “It’s an opportunity to celebrate the diverse talents within our community and enjoy a day of cultural enrichment.”
