Confidence to Change: Free Meditation Class, Sat., Jan 18th, 11am, at the Acton Public Library, Old Saybrook. Hosted by Odiyana Center of Glastonbury. Learn how to recognize your potential and overcome negative habits of mind. The class begins with a guided breathing meditation, followed by instructions on how to develop the confidence to change and ends with a concluding meditation that puts these teachings into practice.
